Running and having fun simultaneously

Indeed, in the modern world health is everything, so if you take care of it, you’ll be successful in many ways. Everyone finds his or her own way to keep fit, so for me it’s jogging in the morning in good weather or training on my treadmill at home. I’m not a professional sportsman, so estimating my strain and controlling the pulse is something I can’t do myself.
